Letters of Recommendation

Two (2) letters of recommendation must be included with the applicant’s scholarship application form and received by March 20. Recommendations must be current and written no more than six (6) months prior to submission of scholarship application. Letters should come from diverse sources i.e.: 4-H, school, church, employment, community.

The letters of recommendation are not to exceed one page. Letters should reflect these qualities:

● Positive character
● Demonstrated leadership
● Degree of responsibility
● Displayed industry

Letters of Recommendation from current Larimer County Extension Youth Agent, Larimer County Extension Staff or applicant family members WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
