67th Annual 4-H Carnival & Craft Show

We have the pleasure to invite you as a special group to participate in The Larimer County 4-H Foundation Craft / Vendor show which is scheduled for Saturday, October 31st from 10 am to 4pm at the Embassy Suites in Loveland, CO.

SET-UP AND TAKE DOWN: Vendors may start set up on Friday, Oct., 30th from 7pm-9pm and Saturday, Oct 31st beginning at 6am. The cost covers a booth space, but does not include pipe and drape. We are trying to keep this simple. ONLY blue painter’s tape is allowed on walls. Don’t hang items from the ceiling or put staples in the slot walls. NO straw, hay, or sawdust is allowed. NO pop-up tents (frames only are acceptable).

The 4-H Foundation has the right to refuse and/or require changes in booth operation. “No shows” will not be refunded.

It will be a requirement that your business be covered by Liability Insurance. *
