65th Annual 4-H Carnival & Craft Show

We have the pleasure to invite you as a special group to participate in The Larimer County 4-H Foundation Craft / Vendor show which is scheduled for Saturday March 2nd from 10 am to 4pm in the First National Bank Building at The Ranch Event Complex at the Larimer County Fairgrounds.

SET-UP AND TAKE DOWN: Vendors may start set up on Friday, March 1, 2024, beginning at 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.  The cost covers a booth space, but does not include pipe and drape. We are trying to keep this simple. ONLY blue painter’s tape is
allowed on walls. Don’t hang items from the ceiling or put staples in the slot walls. NO straw, hay, or sawdust is
allowed. NO pop-up tents (frames only are acceptable).

Please list and describe ALL items you will be selling & be specific: (i.e. handcrafted or imported)

Booths WILL NOT be piped and draped.  Tables and chairs available upon request ONLY. Please indicate needs below.

APPLICATION AND PAYMENT IN FULL WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE A BOOTH WILL BE RESERVED, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION NO LATER THAN: February 19, 2024.
The 4-H Foundation Committee has the right to refuse and/or require changes in booth operation. “No shows” will not be refunded.

This agreement made and effective this (ENTER DATE BELOW) by and between the Larimer County 4-H Foundation of Larimer County, Colorado, by and through the 4-H Foundation Board of Directors (County) and (Vendor) ENTER BELOW

WITNESS THAT:

The Vendor shall fully defend, indemnify and release the Larimer County 4-H Foundation, Larimer County, its officers and agents from any and all liability or loss that may arise, in any manner, as a result of this Agreement or from the hereunder of the Vendor(s), its employees, agents, subcontractors or invitees.
