4-H Clubs may set-up on Friday, March 3rd @ 4pm – 8pm and Saturday, March 4th @ 8 – 9am. Carnival hours will be Saturday March 4th, 10am to 4pm including a bake sale and live auctions at 12pm and 2pm. Booths must be in place and ready for operation by 10am and remain open until 4pm.

2023 Larimer County 4-H Foundation Club Booth Information
SET-UP AND TAKE DOWN: 4-H Clubs may set-up on Friday, March 3rd @ 4pm – 8pm and Saturday, March 4th @ 8 – 9am. Carnival hours will be Saturday March 4th, 10am to 4pm including a bake sale and live auctions at 12pm and 2pm. Booths must be in place and ready for operation by 10am and remain open until 4pm. Booths torn down prior to 4pm will be subject to a $25 penalty. ONLY blue painter tape may be allowed on walls. Do not hang items from the ceiling or put staples in the slot walls. NO straw, hay or sawdust is allowed. NO pop up tents (frames only are acceptable) **Please also be aware that there will be an Eagles Hockey game in the evenings on both Friday & Saturday, so plan accordingly.**
EXITS: All doors with an Exit sign above may NOT be blocked in any way. A ten-foot aisle will be provided between booths.
When/Where to turn in Advance Ticket Sales Money: Advance ticket money needs to be turned into The Foundation carnival temporary office located in the First National Bank Building (March 4th). A club’s money must be turned in all at ONE time. ALL TICKET MONEY MUST BE TURNED IN BY MARCH 17TH. Clubs are financially responsible for the unsold tickets not returned. Those clubs NOT turning in by March 17th will forfeit 5% of the advance funds.
BOOTH GAMES & PRIZES: All club booths must feature some type of game. Booths must provide participants a prize each time they play. Enough prizes should be secured to operate the entire 6 hours.
